Job summary

A leading building materials company is seeking a suitable candidate for an administrative role in Selangor. Responsibilities include generating invoices, preparing reports, and providing sales support. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, be able to multitask effectively, and hold knowledge in Microsoft Office applications. Candidates fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English are preferred. The position requires availability to work 6 days a week, with a monthly salary range of RM1700 to RM3000.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of relevant experience required.
  • Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
  • Short notice availability preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate invoices, customer orders, and related documents.
  • Prepare reports as required by management.
  • Liaise with dealers and internal departments for sales support.
  • Assist in sales and marketing promotional activities.
  • Process daily sales orders accurately and timely.
  • Perform general clerical duties.
  • Assist in administrative tasks.
  • Maintain proper filing systems.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible in generate Invoices, customer orders and etc. related document
  • To prepare reports and other documents as required by the management.
  • To liaise and coordinate with the dealers and internal departments for sales support task.
  • Assist in sales and marketing promotional activities
  • Timely and accurately processing of daily sales order
  • Perform daily office general clerical duties.
  • Assist in all scopes related to Admin fields
  • Established and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration
  • Ad-hoc task when needed
