At Hitachi eBworx, we’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales Admin Executive to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of sales and project administration processes by supporting our Sales and Project Delivery teams. You’ll help maintain high accuracy in documentation and support internal and external stakeholders, contributing directly to operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage the end‑to‑end process for Sales Quotations, Invoices, and outgoing Purchase Orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure all sales and purchase documents are error‑free, complete, and aligned with company standards.
  • Review project documentation and supporting materials to uphold compliance and consistency across deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Project Delivery teams to enable smooth project execution.
  • Maintain organized and up‑to‑date records through effective use of electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to ongoing team success by assisting with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
What is needed from you:
  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration or a similar coordination role.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship or part‑time experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in SAP Business One is an advantage and strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
