Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Support role. Candidates should possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing and have 1-2 years of experience in sales. Qualifications

  • Preferably with relevant academic qualification and working experience
  • At least 1 - 2 years working experience in sales

Responsibilities

  • Support day to day trade activities, update sales reports, and process paperwork.
  • Ensure orders meet customer delivery dates and liaise with principals.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for inventory and necessary documentation.
  • Produce progress reports and outline strategies for improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing on sales issues and development.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and negotiate terms.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Inform GM on sales events and outstanding issues.
  • Conduct monthly sales trend analysis by product category.
  • Liaise with Sales Managers on stock orders and forecasts.
  • Monitor the status of ordering stock deliveries.
  • Keep inventory updated for ad-hoc sales activities.
  • Update Customer Service on contract pricing.
  • Be involved in monthly stock take.
  • Carry out any additional duties as required.

Responsibility

· Support day to day trade activities such as updated daily and monthly sales report, pricing updated in system, maintaining information files and processing paperwork, analysis the sponsorship, entertainment has been incurred by the sales team vs actual sales.

· Ensure orders are within schedule and meet customer’s delivery dates & liaison with principal for goods ordering and refurbishment of stock.

· Coordinate with warehouse team for any incoming and outgoing inventory and support all necessary documentation.

· Produces reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.

· Works closely with Sales & Marketing team on sales related issues and development (to provide a proper quotation to customer, arrange and inform training or meeting time) communicate and coordinate with internal departments while monitoring progress of office related matters.

· Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

· Handling calls for answer enquiry and complaint from customers, inform sales person any information updated by other department.

· Informs GM on the sales event or activities, outstanding issues with the related department.

· Monthly sales trend analysis report for individual sales person / customer / Principal by products category.

· Lia with Sales Managers on monthly sales forecast quantity and propose to order the stock through Supplier.

· Liaise with Brand Manager for duty payment stocks and transferring stocks within warehouse.

·ely monitor / follow up with purchasing the ordering stock delivery status.

· Closely monitor the par level inventory for any ad-hoc sales activities.

· Updates Customer Service department on Customer-Principal contract pricing from time to time to ensure pricing are updated for billing purposes.

· Involve in monthly stocks take.

· To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required, directed or instructed by superiors.
