What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document processing, and order management

Liaising with customers to address inquiries, handle order placements, and resolve any issues

Maintaining accurate sales records and generating reports as required

Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals

Coordinating with other departments, such as logistics and accounting, to ensure efficient order fulfilment

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the ongoing improvement of sales processes
