A property management company in Johor Bahru is seeking an administrative professional to manage documentation and compliance related to Sales and Purchase Agreements. The candidate will liaise with purchasers and financiers, monitor billing processes, and maintain filing records. Strong organizational skills and experience in real estate transactions are preferred. This role requires preparing regular reports and ensuring adherence to agreement terms.
Liaison with purchasers, solicitors and end‑financiers on Sales and Purchase Agreement, loan documentations, vacant possession, sub‑sales, refinancing and perfection of transfer.
Ensure timely receipt of signed Loan Agreements or Assignments and other relevant loan documents from financiers' solicitors for Director's execution.
Monitor reminders, termination, and sales forfeiture actions to ensure compliance with the terms outlined in the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
Monitor and ensure timely issuance of progress billings and collections from purchasers and end‑financiers.
Ensure that miscellaneous billings, such as Maintenance Fees, Security Fees, Quit Rent, Assessment, and utility deposits, are issued to purchasers upon vacant possession.
Maintain a good filing record and documentation system of purchasers file and update into system.
Maintain up‑to‑date aging and reconciliation reports for receivables.
Prepare and submit monthly and ad‑hoc reports as required.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager or superior.
