Sales Admin plays a critical role in bridging customer needs with the internal production and sales teams to ensure the smooth processing of orders for deionized water and car care products. The position requires handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, maintaining records, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The Sales Admin is also responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, such as car manufacturers, workshops, and petrol stations, and providing high-quality customer service.
Process incoming sales orders for deionized water and car care products. Ensure accurate entry of order details, including product customization requests (e.g., labeling). Communicate job specifications and special customization requests to the production department. Coordinate with the production team to manage stock levels, production timelines, and delivery schedules. Confirm order details with customers, including pricing, delivery expectations, and payment terms.
Act as a liaison between clients (e.g., car manufacturers, petrol stations, workshops) and internal teams to resolve queries or issues. Provide regular updates to customers on order status, expected delivery dates, and payment requirements. Handle after‑sales service, such as product feedback and directing complaints to relevant departments.
Prepare and send quotations to customers for standard and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product offerings. Liaise with the sales team to generate and issue accurate invoices to customers.
Assist the sales department with administrative tasks, including preparing presentations for potential new customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide sales feedback that can improve marketing strategies and customer engagement. Maintain an organized and up‑to‑date database of customer orders, invoices, and payment statuses. Track the sales pipeline, ensuring all customer interactions are documented and follow‑ups are conducted in a timely manner.
