Description

• Manage end-to-end RTR activities, including journal entries, accruals, and month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end close
• Perform GL maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS / local GAAP
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
• Support external and internal audits by providing schedules, explanations, and documentation
• Coordinate with AP, AR, Tax, and FP&A teams to ensure accurate financial data flow
• Drive period‑end close efficiency and continuous process improvements
• Support intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and settlements
• Prepare statutory and management reports as required

Profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced environment in Kuala Lumpur.
• Prior experience in the business services industry is an advantage.
