Job summary

A leading port services company in Gelang Patah is looking for a Supervisor to manage a team of technicians in maintaining RTG equipment. This role involves ensuring safety, coordinating preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting engineering problems. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the engineering field. Strong communication, leadership skills, and fluency in English and Malay are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering field.
• Able to communicate with contractors and OEM.
• Strong experience in mechanical and electrical areas.
• Computer literate and fluent in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead team of technicians.
• Monitor and enforce HSSE requirements.
• Propose and implement equipment improvements.
• Analyze breakdown reports and rectify issues.
• Provide on-the-job training for technicians.
