Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail, trading, FMCG, wholesale, or distribution environments.
  • Direct experience in kitchenware, home & living products, consumer goods, or retail chains is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing retail accounts, distributors, or wholesale customers.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, trade marketing, sell-in/sell-out mechanics, and inventory flow.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms, promotions, and trade agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for retail and wholesale channels.
  • Manage and optimize sell-in and sell-out performance across partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends in the retail market.
