A telecommunications company is seeking a Region Telco Manager in Kuala Lumpur to drive business growth through partner management and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in sales or the telecom industry. The Region Telco Manager plays a strategic role in driving regional Telco business growth through strong partner management, disciplined retail execution, and data-driven performance leadership. This position leads the end-to-end Telco commercial ecosystem—from sales optimization and outlet performance to merchandising excellence and stakeholder collaboration—to ensure consistent market competitiveness and sustainable revenue expansion.
Drive regional Telco sales performance by setting clear targets, analyzing weekly/monthly trends, and implementing corrective action plans.
Optimize sales productivity across all dealers and assigned territories through structured coaching and performance oversight.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key business partners, dealers, and Telco representatives to enhance business opportunities and market reach.
Act as the primary liaison to resolve issues, support business continuity, and influence partner engagement.
Conduct regular store visits to top-performing and high-potential outlets to ensure compliance with operational standards and brand expectations.
Identify performance gaps and develop action plans to elevate outlet KPIs and customer experience.
Oversee retail merchandising quality across the region, ensuring all displays, POP materials, and brand touchpoints meet corporate guidelines.
Coordinate timely updates of promotional materials and visual standards to maintain high in-store visibility.
Monitor dealer performance through structured reporting, business reviews, and data tracking.
Enforce compliance requirements, including penalty implementation when necessary, and provide actionable feedback to strengthen performance.
Work closely with Telco Admin, Regional General Manager (RGM), retail teams, and other internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Support the execution of national programs, launches, and campaigns across the assigned region.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, retail, or telecom industry.
Strong analytical, communication, and compliance management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting.
