Summary

Lead and manage daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences for both permanent and essential jewellery lines. Oversee team performance, customer coordination, operational standards, and inventory, while supporting management initiatives.

Requirements
  • Degree holder.
  • Proven retail leadership experience (jewellery retail a plus).
  • Strong English & Bahasa Malaysia skills (additional language a plus).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales goals, motivate team, maintain a positive store environment.
  • Customer Coordination: Handle bookings, provide expert advice, resolve issues professionally.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage store opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, stock control.
  • Management Coordination: Align store goals, implement initiatives, report challenges/successes.
  • Team Development: Train, guide, schedule staff, assist in hiring and onboarding.
