Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to store policies.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and displaying merchandise.
• Implement effective strategies to drive sales including promotional events, customer engagement activities.
• Maintain high store standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and attractive shopping environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
• Monitor store performance, report on sales trends, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Represent the store in community events and act as a brand ambassador.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as a retail manager or in a similar role, preferably in jewellery or high‑end retail.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of being a persuasive spokesperson for the brand.
• Knowledge of the gold jewellery market and latest trends.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office / Computers in general.
• A positive and energetic personality, with a customer‑oriented approach.
• A problem‑solver with a knack for creative and strategic thinking.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or relevant field; additional certification in Retail Management is a plus.
• Tamil speaking is a MUST.
