Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive store strategies designed to meet and exceed ambitious sales, profitability, and net income goals.
- Relationship Management: Actively build, cultivate, and maintain strong, lasting professional relationships with key trade partners, including homeowners, architects, interior designers, and general contractors.
- Data-Driven Sales Funnel: Utilize advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to meticulously manage leads, track team performance metrics, and continually optimize the entire sales funnel for maximum conversion.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and market trends to proactively identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and critical areas for process improvement.
Operations & Customer Experience
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and the delivery of consistently high-quality service standards.
- Visual Standards: Elevate and maintain a world-class showroom presentation, overseeing compelling visual merchandising to enhance the customer journey and product appeal.
- Process Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by recommending and implementing strategic enhancements significantly boost both team productivity and overall customer satisfaction.
- Digital Integration: Leverage digital tools and business intelligence data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance overall store performance management.
Team Leadership & Culture

Qualifications
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven, direct experience successfully managing a retail store, preferably in a high-volume or premium environment.
- Prior experience within the building materials, interior design, home furnishings, or high-end retail sectors (e.g., luxury goods, jewelry, specialized products) is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise and fluency in utilizing modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and leveraging digital analytics tools for strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Must be highly proficient (written and verbal) in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage with a diverse regional client base, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia (e.g., Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
