• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and achieving sales targets.
• Handle cash management and daily sales reconciliation.
• Drive individual and team sales performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide feedback.
• Supervise and train Sales Associates.
• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness.
• Address customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
