Responsibilities

• Handle customer feedbacks; provide necessary support in resolving the feedbacks.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for each sales transaction.
• Prepare sales order to procurement department for order products.
• Attend walk in customers if needed.
• Prepare quotation for customers.
• Coordinate and work closely with other departments.
• Organize and fill all documents accordingly.
• Upkeep stacking items, displaying items, product labeling.
• Take care of cleanliness in showroom.
