Job summary

A wellness and fitness company is seeking a Sales Executive in Selangor, Malaysia to promote massage chairs and fitness products. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of retail sales experience and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining customer relationships. Remuneration package: Basic salary + Sales Commission – Earn monthly up to RM5000++

Job Responsibility

• Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.
• Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.
• Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).
• Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or possess valid residency status.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
