Job summary

A leading wellness product retailer in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to promote massage chairs and fitness products across multiple locations in Pahang. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of retail sales experience, preferably in health or consumer electronics, and must possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting demonstrations, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires Malaysian citizenship or valid residency status and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

Job Responsibility

Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.

Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.

Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.

Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.

Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of three(3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).

Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
