Display Execution

Plan, deploy, and update POSM across regions, ensuring full compliance with brand standards.

Supply Chain

Monitor inventory and distribute display materials/promotional gifts within 2–3 days for smooth campaigns.

Inspection

Implement standardized checks on product placement, pricing, and promotions to ensure visibility of key items.

Store Operations & Data Support
  • Audits & Rectification: Coordinate monthly store audits, consolidate reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Data Maintenance: Keep store data accurate and updated in the SF system (new entries, closures, demo units).
  • High‑End Display Tracking: Manage and analyze displays of key high‑end models, producing weekly performance insights.
  • Display Installation: Coordinate new counter setups, oversee acceptance, and manage related cost settlements.
  • Maintenance Support: Serve as main contact for display repairs, managing suppliers to ensure timely, high‑quality service.
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis; able to extract data and produce basic reports.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks and store audits.
  • Excellent communication and coordination across departments and with external suppliers.
  • 2 years' experience in retail operations, market support, or event coordination preferred.
  • Background in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
