• Gain hands-on experience in IP/Anime exhibitions & retail events.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service.
• Conduct daily stock replenishment and arrangement of stocks.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and monitor inventory, stock, and products.
• Attend and manage retail sales, support daily opening & closing procedures.
