Role Summary
We are looking for a visionary Retail Marketing Manager to architect and lead a consumer-experience–driven retail marketing system. Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Lead the retail marketing team with a holistic, big-picture vision, connecting marketing strategies directly to commercial success and long-term growth.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Purchasing to deliver integrated, high-impact retail initiatives that elevate both customer engagement and business performance.
- Insight-Driven Strategy: Leverage market intelligence and consumer insights to shape forward-looking retail strategies, positioning the brand ahead of industry trends.
- Resource & Budget Stewardship: Oversee retail marketing investments, ensuring optimal resource allocation and strong ROI while balancing brand-building and sales imperatives.
- Talent Development: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team with strategic thinking, global vision, and execution excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Performance & Optimization: Define success metrics, monitor campaign impact, and embed continuous improvement into the retail marketing system.

Requirements
- i. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- ii. At least 5 years of proven experience in retail marketing, with strong expertise in offline marketing strategies; experience in consumer electronics is highly preferred.
- iii. Demonstrated success in designing and executing retail marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- iv. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
