Responsibilities
Stock & Inventory Coordination
  • Arrange and coordinate stock transfers between warehouse, retail outlets, and event locations
  • Prepare and track stock transfer documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate stock movement
Payment & Financial Administration
  • Prepare payment requests in accordance with company procedures
  • Track payment status and maintain accurate records
  • Follow up with relevant departments on pending or outstanding payments
  • Handle other ad hoc requests
Team & Operational Support
  • Provide administrative support to the retail and event teams as needed
  • Assist with coordination for events, including logistics and documentation
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and filing systems
  • Support ad-hoc tasks related to retail and event operations (on-site)
