Job description

1. To provide good customer service and public relations to shoppers and maintain good relationship with owner and tenants in Sungei Wang Plaza.
2. To provide accurate direction and information and answering queries from shoppers.
3. To execute contest, redemption task, survey and any other and promotional material.
4. To conduct walkabout to check on the shops, advertising panel and any other promotional spaces
5. To receive complaint and inquiries, to record and to relay to the relevant channel or person in-charged.
6. To participate in the promotional and branding program, including membership recruitment activities for target group such as tourist and hoteliers.
7. To assist the department at events held in the mall.
