Job description

Responsibilities

• Daily shop operations, housekeeping and basic cashiering
• Customer service
• Parcel preparation i.e. wrapping, packaging and etc.
• Accurately input order details into the system
• Parcel scanning
• Accurately changing airway bills and parcel labels.
• Preparing invoices, customs forms, and related documents.
• Precisely sorting parcels to be ready for pick up
• Checking and ensuring all parcels are in good condition before delivery.
• Daily sales reconciliation
