A luxury watch retailer in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated sales associate to build customer relationships and promote products effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related industry, excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include providing accurate product information and maintaining high standards in the boutique. Commitment to retail hours and a presentable demeanor are essential for this role.
To build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Promote and provide customers with clear and accurate product information - product features, pricing, after-sales services and etc.
To achieve monthly sales targets.
Perform and adhere to company Standard Operations Procedures (SOP).
Support in various aspects of sales and operational activities in the boutique with full commitment.
Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times.
Perform any ad-hoc task and other relevant duties when required or assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferably in luxury retailing, airline or fashion industry.
Candidates with experience in fine watch retail business will be an added advantage.
Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
Honest, responsible, team player and outgoing personality with strong desire to excel in achieving targets.
Must be well-groomed, customer-oriented, presentable and have a pleasant personality.
