Are you a passionate Pizza Restaurant Manager? You will be overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, focusing on staff management, customer service, and profitability.

Operations & Service

Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.

Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and timeliness.

Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Staff Management

Lead, train, schedule, and motivate service staff (waiters, captains, cashiers).

Conduct daily briefings and coordinate staff duties.

Assist in new staff onboarding and performance monitoring.

Administration & Reporting

Oversee cashiering procedures, bill settlement, and POS operations.

Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies.

Prepare daily reports on operations, sales, and staff performance.

Compliance & Standards

Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service guidelines.

Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations.

Ensure proper handling of equipment and facilities.
