Responsibilities

• Assist the Accommodation Executive and Manager with operations.
• Take charge of security and safety matters.
• Conduct orientation for new residents.

• Inspect units monthly for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct regular inspections of amenities.
• Manage disciplinary matters involving residents.
• Assist with government liaisons for safety.
• Assist with quotations from Purchasing Department.
• Conduct asset checking and disposal activities.

Job Description

• Assist the Accommodation Executive and Manager in the management of the overall operational functions in the dormitory.
• Take charge of security deployment in the dormitory and handle all matters pertaining to the safety and security of dormitory residents.
• Conduct orientation briefing for new residents moving into the dormitory and liaise with the maintenance for the cleaning and refurbishment of units.
• Take charge of welfare and discipline of residents.
• Handle all complaints and feedback from residents and take necessary follow‑up action whenever necessary.
• Check the dormitory’s ‘Defect Book’ on a daily basis and liaise with maintenance staff to promptly repair all defects.
• Inspect all units monthly and advise residents to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in their respective units.
• Inform Senior Resident Advisor or Accommodation Executive on units that are found to be dirty after the 2nd check.
• Conduct regular walk‑arounds in the dormitory to ensure that all the dormitory’s amenities (e.g. fans, washing machines, water pipes, fire‑fighting equipment, etc.) are in a serviceable condition.
• Conduct fire safety drills on a regular basis and familiarize workers with fire‑fighting equipment, fire exits and assembly points.
• Handle all disciplinary matters involving residents and notify authorities (e.g. police) if incidents cannot be resolved amicably.
• Assist in liaising with government authorities on matters pertaining to the safety and security of the dormitory.
• Assist in liaising with Purchasing Department to obtain quotation and issuance of RF/FAAR.
• Take charge of Non‑Homogeneous & Homogeneous Asset Checking and Disposal activity.
• Assist enrolment to fill up form B and POI (Physical Occupancy Inspection) activity.
• Any other tasks as assigned by superior.

Academic Qualification
