Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site Reservation Supervisor position located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Reservation Supervisor will oversee daily reservation operations, ensure smooth communication between departments, and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities include managing reservation systems, addressing customer queries and complaints, and leading the reservations team to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue. The role involves training team members, monitoring their performance, and implementing process improvements where necessary.
