Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with production schedules and business goals.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers for raw materials, MRO supplies, and services.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, delivery terms, and service level agreements to achieve cost savings and value optimization.
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, conduct regular audits, and manage supplier risk and continuity planning.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure material specifications and delivery timelines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and company procurement policies.
  • Implement and maintain procurement systems and processes to improve transparency, efficiency, and data accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including supplier development programs and sustainability sourcing practices.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, forecasts, and cost analyses to senior management.
  • Manage procurement budgets and ensure adherence to financial controls and cost targets.
Requirements
