Job description

As a Smart Home Appliances Repair and Admin Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the warranty process for repaired items. You will inspect, test, clean, and prepare smart home appliances for shipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition before returning them to customers. Your role will involve coordinating with the technical team, updating customers, and managing various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.

Job Scope
  • Inspect, test, clean, and check the condition of repaired smart home appliances before shipment.
  • Communicate with customers to update them on repair status and delivery information.
  • Prepare and pack items for shipment once repairs are complete.
  • Arrange delivery or coordinate with drivers to dispatch and collect items.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure repairs are done properly.
  • Handle return and inbound processes for both small and large items coming back to the warehouse.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned, such as informing customers about water kit arrangements.
Job Requirements
  • Able to carry and handle bulky items while cleaning the products.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of smart home appliances or an interest in tech-related work.
  • Basic Excel knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Responsible and reliable in completing assigned duties in a timely manner.
  • Able to arrange delivery or coordinate with drivers when needed.
  • Willingness to perform various ad hoc tasks as required.
Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday, 5.5 days per week.
