A leading banking institution based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated individual to manage an SME portfolio. The role involves continuous cross-selling of banking products to meet customer needs and enhance financial objectives. Candidates should possess a University Degree or Diploma, with a preference for those with credit knowledge and experience in banking. Fresh graduates with strong potential and 1-2 years of relevant experience may also apply. This position offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities.
To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
To continuously cross‑sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to:
A University Degree / Diploma
Banking know‑how, credit knowledge preferred
Fresh graduate or those with 1‑2 years of working experience with basic banking know‑how
Minimum 2‑3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager)
Minimum 3‑5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Senior Account Manager)
