Job description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Regulatory & Compliance Executive to join our team in a growing cosmetic manufacturing company. You will be involved in ensuring documentation complies with regulatory standards, assisting in audits, and supporting the registration of cosmetic products in both local and international markets. This position requires strong documentation skills, good communication with suppliers and internal departments, and the ability to handle confidential regulatory information with integrity. The successful candidate will play a key supporting role in maintaining regulatory readiness and assisting in project implementation within the department.

Scope of Work
  • Prepare and maintain documentation to comply with regulatory standards.
  • Communicate with suppliers to request and review raw material documents and regulatory certificates.
  • Conducting internal and external audits, including preparing non-conformity reports and tracking corrective actions.
  • Assist product registration processes for both local and international markets, including preparation of documentation for regulatory submissions.
  • Participate in department projects and implementation activities as assigned.
  • Review and update the SOP.
  • Ensure all product dossiers are complete and updated.
  • Compile and submit periodic compliance reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support any additional assignments or tasks required by Superior.
