Job description

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Executive to join our dynamic team at Keleev Solutions Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business in regards to SIRIM-MCMC application, ensuring efficiency and delivering exceptional results. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key role in driving the company's strategic objectives forward.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the business, including application of SIRIM-MCMC Type Approval, ST-COA, SIRIM related approvals.

Have basic understanding on how to submit application into Suruhanjaya Tenaga / SIRIM / MCMC / CIDB or related field.

To read testing reports, submission of documentation to government portals including all required documents and resolve issues on the submission.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with the company's overall strategic goals

Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management

Identify and address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions

Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the operations team

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a SIRIM related operations management role, preferably within SIRIM Certification related roles

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Excellent organisational and project management capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering results

Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to drive informed decision-making

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment

Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
