Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across assigned regions. This role entails strategic planning, execution of sales and marketing initiatives, leadership of the regional sales team, and fostering long-term relationships with key clients such as architects, consultants, and developers. The RSM will ensure alignment with company objectives while identifying opportunities to expand market share and enhance brand profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Monitor regional sales performance, market share, and profitability, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
    • Oversee the planning and execution of product launches and exhibitions within the region.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve targets and grow professionally.
    • Conduct performance reviews and identify development needs within the team.
    • Foster a high-performance culture driven by accountability and customer focus.
  • Market Intelligence & Product Development
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform product improvements and strategic direction.
    • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
  • Business Development & Client Relationship Management
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including architects, consultants, and developers.
    • Ensure regular presentations and engagement with these stakeholders to promote KCC Paint products and services.
    • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Provide timely and accurate reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
    • Track performance metrics and use data to inform regional strategies and decisions.
  • Customer Experience
    • Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure service excellence.
    • Implement and uphold company standards for customer satisfaction across the region.
  • Market Expansion & Project Sourcing
    • Continuously scan the market to identify and source new project opportunities.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and strategic leads.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
