The Regional Manager will report to the Regional Senior Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all four BPM pillars: Project Management Excellence, Business Process Improvement, Change Management, and Risk Management and Compliance. The role involves prioritizing projects based on a pre-determined matrix and supporting the development and growth of the team across all four pillars. As part of a small and dynamic team responsible for the success of Cross Border, the Regional Manager will have a very direct impact on the overall success of the company.
