Role: Regional IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager

Employment Type: Perm

A global conglomerate is looking for a leader to drive both infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy across multiple markets. This role oversees end-to-end IT operations, security governance, modernisation initiatives, and regional service delivery. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the environment remains secure, stable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional technical team, setting clear goals and driving a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Define and execute infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy, including cloud adoption, resilience planning, and technology modernization
• Oversee regional IT operations covering data centres, cloud platforms, networks, ITSM practices, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Drive continuous improvement across service reliability, performance, and security posture
• Manage cybersecurity governance, application and infrastructure security, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Serve as the regional point of contact for markets, business stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring smooth execution of group initiatives
• Support audits, risk assessments, and security compliance activities

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Information, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical foundation across cloud, networking, Microsoft technologies, identity platforms, and security practices
• Experience leading regional teams and delivering enterprise-scale IT initiatives
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, MCSE, CCNP, VMware, or ITIL are an advantage
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, with Cantonese proficiency as a plus as you are required to liaise with IT personnel in Hong Kong
