Qualifications

• Min 5 years of generalist HR experience or business partnering with department managers.
• Experience working with multiple countries in Asia in one or several HR domains.

Responsibilities

• Understand the HR requirements and provide support to meet business needs.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and employment legislation.
• Build strong business relationships and transfer HR requests.
• Implement best practices and support the delivery of HR processes.
• Identify gaps and propose changes to cover risks.
