We're Hiring: Reefer & HVAC Electrical Technicians (Electrical Background Preferred)

TK REEFER SERVICES SDN BHD is growing and we are actively recruiting Reefer & HVAC Electrical Technicians with a strong electrical background to join our experienced team.

We are especially interested in candidates who have working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and controls related to HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Chargeman-certified candidates will be given top priority.

If you have 1–2 years of experience in Reefer container servicing and HVAC systems, and you're ready to expand your electrical, HVAC and technical skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on Reefer Containers, Trucks, and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults related to refrigeration, HVAC, and associated electrical components, including reefer systems, control panels, relays, sensors, and compressors.
• Conduct routine inspections, electrical system checks, and provide after-sales service to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Install, test, and commission new Reefer or HVAC units, ensuring all electrical connections and system functions meet operational standards.
• Deliver both on-site and off-site technical support, including post-installation services.
• Handle troubleshooting, repairs, warranty claims, and spare part replacements for Reefer containers, trucks, and HVAC systems.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in Reefer container, Trucks or HVAC service, maintenance, and electrical troubleshoot & repairs (preferred).
• Strong electrical foundation – able to read wiring diagrams, handle basic circuit diagnosis, and repair control systems.
• Possession of a Chargeman Certificate (AO-B4) is a major advantage.
• Good troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site or outstation as needed.
• Must have own car transport and a valid driver’s license.
• Moderate communication skills in English.
