Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
   • Job posting and advertisement across multiple platforms (social media, job portals, WhatsApp, etc.)
   • Sourcing, shortlisting, and screening candidates via calls or WhatsApp
   • Coordinating and confirming interview sessions with clients
   • Ensuring candidate attendance and onboarding after placement
2. Focus on mass recruitment projects for factories, warehouses, and service-based companies.
3. Maintain updated and accurate candidate listings using Google Sheets or internal recruitment systems.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure smooth recruitment flow.
5. Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to attract a large pool of job seekers.
6. Track daily and monthly recruitment performance against KPIs.
7. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with PDPA and company policies.
