Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned clients, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., job boards, social media, and databases) to identify and attract top talent for client positions.
  • Research and analyze industry trends to provide clients with insights on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, organizational culture, and business goals, ensuring tailored solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment consultants, sharing best practices and helping to develop their skills in candidate sourcing and client management.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven at least 1 year of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
