Recruitment Specialist (1-Year Contract)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days office | 2 days WFH)
Start Date: January 2026 onward
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract Only

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results‑driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels within the organization.

You will be accountable for hiring manager satisfaction, candidate experience, hiring quality, and delivery speed, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently across countries within the APAC time zone.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source talent through a mix of job portals, direct sourcing, referrals, and networking.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Act as a Talent Advisor, sharing market insights, talent trends, and best practices with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS – SuccessFactors).
  • Monitor and consistently meet recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support ad-hoc recruitment projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in corporate recruitment or manufacturing / engineering environments.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment independently while collaborating with regional and global teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; able to handle multiple requisitions concurrently.
  • Fluent in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
