Role Summary

Drive full-cycle recruitment to identify and onboard top talent, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers to scale our workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and draft accurate job descriptions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct rigorous phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit against role requirements and company culture.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey from application to onboarding, maintaining timely communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in internal hiring (in-house) or a recruitment agency is highly preferred.
  • Sourcing Skills: Demonstrated ability to creatively source candidates using boolean searches, job boards, and networking.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
