A local medical clinic in Malaysia is looking for a Receptionist to manage patient interactions and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle walk-ins, calls, and emails, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records. Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous experience in a medical practice is preferred. This role is essential for ensuring smooth clinic operations.
– Provide necessary information to patients (walk-in, calls, emails)
– Update calendars; schedule and confirm appointments
– Maintains patient records by updating and keying in patients’ data into the database accordingly
– Prepare letters including medical travel letters, medical note, etc. (templates provided)
– Manage clinic supplies including stationeries, pantry supplies, etc.
– Assisting in other administrative work if needed
– Performs other duties assigned by the Doctor
