  • Provide necessary information to patients via walk-in, calls, and emails.
  • Update calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain patient records by updating database.
  • Prepare medical letters and notes using provided templates.
  • Manage clinic supplies including stationeries and pantry.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform duties assigned by the Doctor.

Job description

– Provide necessary information to patients (walk-in, calls, emails)

– Update calendars; schedule and confirm appointments

– Maintains patient records by updating and keying in patients’ data into the database accordingly

– Prepare letters including medical travel letters, medical note, etc. (templates provided)

– Manage clinic supplies including stationeries, pantry supplies, etc.

– Assisting in other administrative work if needed

– Performs other duties assigned by the Doctor
