Qualifications

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all clients and visitors at Gen Wellness. You will provide welcoming, professional, and efficient service to ensure an exceptional experience. You’ll handle front-desk operations and support the daily administrative needs of the company, contributing to a smooth and positive environment for both clients and staff.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma (or equivalent); higher qualification is a plus.
  • Proven customer service or receptionist experience (1+ year preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia (others are a bonus).
  • Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the wellness, beauty, spa, or healthcare industry.
  • Cash/E Wallet/Card handling and POS experience.
  • Language skills (Cantonese / Mandarin / Tamil / other).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, patient, and approachable demeanor.
  • Able to work collaboratively with team members.
