Job description

Develop new project marketing strategies to generate leads.

Generating appointments with potential buyers for property viewings.

Participate in property roadshows, project launches, and networking events.

Participate in sub-sales (second hand houses) activities such as farming for new listings, advertising and promoting listings, and negotiating with buyers and vendors for closing deals.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduates OR individuals with sales & marketing backgrounds either in real estate or other industries
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Able to embrace digital workflow including use of Zoom and other computer software
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, or Malay (multilingual is an advantage)

What a Fully Committed Negotiator Typically Earns

Beginner (1 to 12 months) : RM5,000 - RM8,000+ per month

Intermediate (12 months to 24 months) : RM10,000 - RM15,000+ per month

Advanced (>24 months) : RM20,000 - RM30,000+ per month
