Are you passionate about product design and eager to turn bold ideas into real-world innovations? We're looking for a creative and driven individual to join our R&D team as an Advanced Development Engineer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the design and development of innovative product concepts that address current & future market needs, with a focus on performance, manufacturability, and sustainability.
• Conduct structural and airflow simulations such as mechanical parts, piping and packaging, validating performance through rigorous testing.
• Mentor junior engineers in design methodologies, best practices, and technical problem-solving.
• Guide the sourcing, evaluation, and standardization of components, material and manufacturing process by collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams. new materials, components, and processes.
• Establish and improve design standards, analysis model and testing protocols for long-term use.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
• 3–6 years of product design experience in consumer appliances, automotive, or related industries.
• Hands‑on expertise with 3D CAD tools (Pro/E, Creo, or Solid Edge) and familiar with structural/thermal (FEA/CFD) simulation analysis.
• Strong project ownership mindset, capable of managing tasks independently and guiding small teams.
• Track record of solving complex engineering problems with innovative, practical solutions
