Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor quarry operations to meet production targets.
  • Oversee blasting, excavation, crushing, and screening processes.
  • Optimize operational efficiency and reduce production downtime.
  • Enforce compliance with local mining laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Supervise quarry staff, including operators, technicians, and supervisors.
  • Plan and manage staffing schedules and job assignments.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support workforce development.
  • Promote a safety-first and teamwork culture.
  • Maintain production records, cost reports, and regulatory documentation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies, environmental agencies, and local authorities.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and customers.
