  • Prepare progress claims, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers for successful project delivery.

What you’ll be doing
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs, including forecasting, reporting and variance analysis
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders
  • Providing expert advice on contractual and commercial matters to project teams
  • Preparing progress claims, valuations and final accounts
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborating with managers, engineers and the project team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Confident with written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for junior position.
