Job description

Manage the entire tender process from bidding stage to work completion, collections and final payments by clients.

Coordinate with consultants on potential project plans and conduct feasibility studies for timely quotation/tender process.

Control cost of the project through proper planning, forecasting and budget estimation.

Prepare re-measurements for awarded Contracts before project take-off.

Monitor and evaluate project/construction works for interim payments and certificates to sub-contractors.

To attend important site meetings and assist Project Manager/Person-in-Charge on coordination matters.

Ensure documentation processes and procedures at all stages are ISO compliant.

To monitor work progress and prepare progressive claims according to project timeline.

Prepare cost analysis of maintenance and repair works (upon completion) of the on-going projects/construction sites.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Knowledge of Mechanical and Architectural systems.
• Basic tendering and contractual management experience in similar industry is required.
• Knowledge of cost control, forecasting and budget for project is a must.
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel occasionally.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft software.
• Good mathematical skills and attention to details is a must.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
