Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Batu Caves. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs on construction projects, including preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, and tracking expenses to maintain budget compliance. The role includes conducting detailed measurement and cost estimation, preparing cost reports, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and economically while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and conducting accurate Cost Planning
• Experience in generating detailed and timely Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Familiarity with relevant industry software and tools
• Previous experience in the construction industry is advantageous
