Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Quality Management or related field.
• Experience in express/logistics/warehouse/quality role preferred.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Good data analysis and reporting ability.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Familiar with Excel/quality analysis tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to travel for site audits when required.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key quality indicators such as delivery timeliness and success rate.
• Conduct regular site audits for outlets.
• Check compliance with SOP and operation process.
• Prepare quality inspection reports and follow up on rectification actions.
• Ensure all branches comply with company SOP and quality standards.
• Identify non-compliance behavior and issue corrective action notices.
• Investigate operational abnormalities such as missing parcels and delays.
• Track corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeated issues.
